A Very Grumpy Axe-Mas

Christmas is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year. Someone should probably tell Niko Helmer that.

Niko:
I just got out of the Army Rangers and I have absolutely no idea what I want to do with my life now.
My grandfather left me his Christmas tree farm up in Ironwood Falls, so that's where I go first.
I thought that living in a small town, surrounded by nothing but trees sounded nice.
Then I get there.
The farm is failing, the bills are piling up, and selling to a developer seems like the only way to salvage things. With that money, I'd have time to plan my next steps.
My plan is in place, and then she shows up.
One look at the curvy brunette and I know that I'm screwed.
All of my plans for the future just go up in a plume of smoke, but I can't find it in me to care.
Else is going to be mine this Christmas, and every one after too.

Elsie:
I've never met a problem that I couldn't tackle with a little hard work, some homemade cookies, and a whole lot of Christmas spirit.
I refuse to let the town lose its beloved tree farm, even if saving it means working side by side with the grumpiest man I've ever met.
So I make him a deal: give her until Christmas Eve to prove the farm can succeed. If she fails, he’ll sell without another argument.
As the two of us spend more time together working on our holiday fundraiser, I find myself falling more and more for the grumpy giant.
What happens when the deadline hits?
Will I be able to pull off a Christmas miracle, or will I lose the man and the tree farm all on the same night?
